1. Introduction

This Personal Data and General Privacy Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Sosyohost Bilişim Hizmetleri (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and its customers. This Agreement governs the collection, processing, storage, and protection of personal data and confidential information. It applies to all personal data and confidential information provided by customers while using the Company's services.

2. Processing of Personal Data

2.1. Data Collection Methods: The Company collects personal data from customers through various methods. These methods include the website, mobile applications, call center, social media platforms, and physical channels. The collected data is processed based on explicit consent, legal obligations, contract requirements, and legitimate interests.

2.2. Processed Personal Data: Personal data such as name, surname, address, phone number, email address, IP address, payment information, and browsing history may be processed.

6. Deletion and Anonymization of Personal Data

Upon receiving a request for the deletion of personal data, the Company has the right to anonymize or directly delete the data. Anonymization is the process of rendering data unidentifiable. Some data may need to be anonymized due to BTK reports and legal obligations.
