A subdomain allows you to create a separate section of your website under your main domain, such as blog.yourdomain.com or panel.yourdomain.com. This guide explains how to create a subdomain through Cpanel.
Visit https://yourdomain.com:2083
and log in. Then, find and open the “Subdomains” section.
In the “Create a Subdomain” form, fill out the following fields:
public_html/blog
)Click Create to complete the setup.
After creation, go to “File Manager” and upload your website files into the corresponding directory (e.g., public_html/blog
).
If the SSL certificate isn’t applied automatically, navigate to “SSL/TLS Status” and run AutoSSL to enable HTTPS security for your subdomain.
Ensure an A record for your subdomain has been created in DNS automatically. If pointing to an external server, add it manually to avoid downtime.
