Domain Agreement

Introduction

This Agreement is made between Sosyohost Bilişim Hizmetleri ("Company") and the person or entity providing domain registration and management services ("User"). The Company provides domain registration and management services through the website www.sosyohost.com. By using the services provided by the Company, the User is deemed to have accepted this agreement.

1. Domain Registration and Management

1.1. The User can register one or more domain names using the domain registration services provided by the Company.

1.2. The User declares that the information provided during the domain registration process is accurate and complete. The User is responsible for any consequences arising from incorrect or incomplete information.

1.3. Once the domain registration process is completed, domains cannot be returned or canceled. The User acknowledges and accepts this situation.

1.4. The renewal process must be completed before the domain expires. If the renewal process is not completed, the domain usage rights will expire and the domain may be released for general registration.

2. Whois Information and Privacy

2.1. The User agrees that the information provided during the domain registration process will be published in the whois database and this information will be publicly available.

2.2. The User can contact the Company to request necessary updates for changes in whois information.

2.3. The User is responsible for keeping the whois information accurate and up to date. The User is liable for any damages arising from incorrect or incomplete whois information.

3. Responsibilities and Liabilities

3.1. The User is obliged to comply with all applicable legal regulations in the use of the domain name. The User is responsible for any consequences arising from the use of the domain for illegal activities.

3.2. The User agrees not to misuse the services provided by the Company. In case of misuse of the services, the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the services.

3.3. The User acknowledges and accepts that all responsibilities related to the domain name belong to them. These responsibilities include renewing, updating, and complying with legal regulations related to the domain name.

4. BTK Notifications and Data Protection

4.1. The Company may share all information belonging to the User with the Information and Communication Technologies Authority (BTK). The User acknowledges and accepts this situation.

4.2. The Company protects the personal data of the User in accordance with the privacy policy and does not share it with third parties. However, information may be shared in accordance with legal obligations or requests from competent authorities.

5. Termination and Duration of the Agreement

5.1. This Agreement is valid for the period during which the User uses the domain registration services.

5.2. The Company may unilaterally terminate the Agreement in case of violation of the terms of this Agreement by the User.

6. Dispute Resolution

6.1. The laws of the Republic of Turkey shall apply to any disputes arising from this Agreement.

6.2. Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized to resolve disputes arising between the parties.

8. Effective Date

This Agreement shall enter into force on the date it is approved by the User.

9. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement at any time. The changes shall take effect on the date they are published on the Company's website and shall be deemed accepted by the User.
