1. General Provisions
This agreement is made between Sosyohost Bilişim Hizmetleri (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and its customers. The Company provides web hosting, server rental, web design, SMS services, and other digital solutions to its customers. This agreement outlines how customers can use the services provided by the Company and defines the rights and obligations of the parties. By using the Company's services, each customer is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement.
2. Scope and Duration of Services
The Company commits to providing its customers with uninterrupted and secure services. The service duration varies according to the subscription period chosen by the customer (monthly, yearly, etc.). Customers are required to comply with the terms specified in this agreement throughout the service period.
3. Support Services
The Company provides 24/7 support services to its customers. Support requests are received through the Company's support system and are answered in order. Under the support services, only the operational delivery of the services is guaranteed. In cases of customer-related issues, the Company's provision of support is at its sole discretion.
The Company commits to responding to customers within a maximum of 1 business day on average. This period may vary depending on the intensity of requests, but customers can generally expect to receive a response within the same business day. Customers should be patient while waiting for a response and consider the support team's workload.
4. Service Returns
4.1. Hosting Services: Customers can request a refund for hosting services within 14 days. Refund requests will be evaluated by customer service and processed if deemed appropriate. Requests made within the refund period will be refunded to the customer account without any deductions.
4.2. Non-Refundable Services: Ready-made scripts, web software, SMS, international SMS, WISECP licenses, virtual WhatsApp numbers, social media followers, likes, comment services, and logo design services are non-refundable. Due to the nature of these services, it is not possible to refund them once they have been used.
4.3. Turkey Location VDS and VPS Services: A 14-day refund right is offered for Turkey location VDS and VPS services. However, if abuse is detected, the Company reserves the right to cancel the refund. Abuse includes excessive resource usage, illegal activities, spam sending, and similar situations.
5. Data Security and Backup
The Company provides data security and backup services to its customers. However, customers are advised to regularly back up their own data. The Company cannot be held responsible for any data loss. Backup and restore services are performed at the customer's request. Customers should regularly back up their data to avoid loss.
6. Customer Obligations
Customers are required to use the services provided by the Company in accordance with laws and ethical rules. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
The Company reserves the right to cancel services and initiate legal action for customers engaged in such activities. Information about customers involved in illegal activities reported to BTK will be shared with the authorities.
7. Pricing and Payment
Service fees are determined and collected based on the service periods selected by the customer. Payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, and other suitable methods. If payments are not made on time, the Company may suspend or cancel services. Customers are required to make payments regularly and on time.
8. Uptime Guarantee
The Company offers a 99.9% uptime guarantee. This means that the services will operate without interruption for 99.9% of the year. If the uptime guarantee is not met, the customer can request free service. Reports from third-party monitoring software are not valid; the Company maintains and reviews its own uptime reports.
8.1. Uptime Guarantee Details:
Planned maintenance, natural disasters, or events beyond the Company's control are exceptions to the uptime guarantee.
9. Contract Changes and Termination
The Company reserves the right to update this agreement at any time. Updates will be notified to customers via email and published on the website. If the customer does not accept the updated agreement, they must request service cancellation or contract termination in writing. The termination of the contract will be effective at the end of the current subscription period.
10. Legal and Criminal Liability
The Company is not responsible for customer-caused data loss or system errors. Customers are responsible for any data loss, security breaches, and other damages that may occur while using the services. The Company cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages that may occur during the use of the services. The Executive Offices of the Çağlayan Courthouse have jurisdiction.

4.2. Data Breach Notification: In the event of a data breach affecting personal data, the Company will promptly notify the customer and take necessary measures to mitigate the impact of the breach.
5. Customer Rights
5.1. Right of Access: Customers may request access to the personal data collected about them by the Company.
5.2. Right to Rectification: Customers may request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
5.3. Right to Erasure: Customers may request the deletion of their personal data. The Company will evaluate these requests and anonymize or directly delete the data in cases where it deems necessary to avoid disruptions in BTK reports.
5.4. Right to Object: Customers may object to the processing of their personal data for specific purposes.
6. Deletion and Anonymization of Personal Data
Upon receiving a request for the deletion of personal data, the Company has the right to anonymize or directly delete the data. Anonymization is the process of rendering data unidentifiable. Some data may need to be anonymized due to BTK reports and legal obligations.
